Supporting you on your personal journey towards growth and healing
Life can be demanding and stressful, even more so if you feel alone and are unsure who to turn to for support.
You are not alone
Everyone deserves to feel supported through life’s difficult times. Sometimes we need a safe space to explore our thoughts and feelings, to open up, and to feel listened to and heard.
Creating a Supportive Space
As a counsellor, I offer my clients a curious, non-judgmental, empathic, supportive space to fully explore their inner world. Together, we will work collaboratively to move forward on your personal journey towards growth, healing, resilience and well-being.
Client-Focused Approach
My counselling style is client-centered and integrates humanistic, cognitive behavioural and solution focused approaches. I also use mindfulness, somatic and relaxation techniques to support clients along their journey.
